Whats the size difference in Large to Large Tall?

There is too types of these. The heavyweight One and the lighter weight one or regular With the heavy weight one the major difference is the length but there are a slight difference in the torso area . The light weight one I buy a xl Tall I am female weighing approximately 240 lbs at 5’9” In height/ (menapause and use of hormones can cause this) The male gender doesn’t have this to go through.the heavyweight one the shoulder area is too tight in large tall and massive in XlT as is the body/torso area
