I thoroughly enjoy Natures Bounty. They are always the better go to in my honest opinion. Most brands work but these are always very well encapsulated and well thought out. Some other brands can get stuck in my throat due to unsmooth edges. Or they get the jar really dusty on the inside.

When I started taking them, I got very nauseous and sick. So I have to say, take them with food, anything, but not on an empty stomach. Now that I take them with food, everything's fine. Excellent product. Inexpensive.

I’ve been noticing, since taking this every day for a few months now, that I’m not getting sick as much. I also take vitamin C, biotin, and iron. But this has been a game changer. Definitely recommended if you are getting sick a lot, your immune system sucks, or you just need another energy booster. Easy to take too.

If you are deficient in zinc this product is great! Just don’t take it on an empty stomach or it will make you nauseous. Usually take right before bed.
