I like this book because it provides specific resources and real subjects that data was collected from. The works of other school principals were recorded and shared in the text which is helpful when looking closer at details and making connections to current practices. I like that the author provided the studies with in the text with also help with understanding the context, practices, and statements form the author as well. The book's pages are on the thin side so just be careful when working with the book or choosing a highlighter that is doesn't go through to the other side. Great resource for class and able to use effectively.

Every other page is printed weird and hard to read. I don’t know if it’s a printing issue or a bad batch. Seller sent a new one overnight so that was a plus!
