Question 1

1.I'm a beginner, so it's difficult for me to apply. Please give me some tips on creating perfect eyelid creases.

Accepted Answer

Use a Y-shaped stick tool to locate the eyelid crease. Gently apply the tape, press firmly, and blink your eyes. *If you have applied the tape incorrectly, do not reuse the same tape; use a new piece and try again.

Question 2

2.How do I choose the right size and style (single-sided/double-sided) for my eyes?

Accepted Answer

Double-sided (3/4mm) is suitable for thin or monolids and lifts the skin discreetly. Single-sided (4/6mm) is suitable for comfortable wear and easy makeup preparation.

Question 3

3.How do I remove the tape without irritating my skin?

Accepted Answer

Do not pull or tear off the tape while it is dry. Soak a cotton pad in oil-based makeup remover or warm water, press it firmly against your eyelid for 10 seconds, and then gently peel off the tape. This helps protect sensitive skin.

Question 4

4. Are there instructions available in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have fully updated our Amazon listing with clear step-by-step English visual guides and video tutorials.

Question 5

5. Can I reuse a strip if I place it incorrectly?

Accepted Answer

No. If you need to readjust, please use a fresh strip to ensure maximum adhesion and hold.

Question 6

6 .The backing paper slips around too much. How do I peel it?

Accepted Answer

Our center-split backing works like a bandage. Peel one half first, position it, then remove the rest.

Question 7

7. Does this tape work well for round or Caucasian eyes?

Accepted Answer

It requires precise placing. For round or deeper eye shapes, our wider single-sided options offer a better lift.

Question 8

8. Is this 3mm slim tape suitable for thick or heavy eyelids?

Accepted Answer

The 3mm slim size creates a natural look. If you have thick lids, we recommend our thicker 6mm option.

Question 9

9. Is this tape shiny or noticeable when I close my eyes?

Accepted Answer

It has a natural matte finish. Blinking makes it blend in, but precise positioning hides it completely.

Question 10

10. Why is the tape not sticking to my skin properly?

Accepted Answer

Skin oils reduce stickiness. Always apply to completely clean, bare, and dry skin before your skincare routine.

Question 11

11. The tape peels off after a few hours. How do I make it last?

Accepted Answer

For oily eyelids, blot the area with oil-absorbing paper before applying the tape to ensure an all-day hold.

Question 12

12. Can I apply eye shadow over this eyelid tape?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We highly recommend using matte powder shadows. Avoid liquid, gel, or oil-based eye makeup.

Question 13

13. Will this tape cause irritation or swelling on sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

We use cosmetic adhesives. Do not wear it 24 hours a day, always test it on small areas first.

Question 14

14. How can I safely remove the tape without hurting my skin?

Accepted Answer

Never rip it off dry. Hold a wet cotton pad with makeup remover on your lid for 10 seconds, then slide it off.
