can this rug be cut to fit?

Does Factory Direct Rug Pads still offer to custom cut this? I bought one that is 8 X 10 and need another one that is slightly less that 8 X 10. Wondering if free custom cutting is still available?

Does this rug pad have the slight tackiness to help hold the rug in place?

I have medium and thin rugs and no, it does not slide around at all. I was very pleasantly surprised when it came. Laid out flat on the floor right away and no odor. I got 1/4” and it is padded enough but you can go thicker.

is this 100% natural rubber? what is "sbr latex"?

The pad is woven recycled materials. It is NOT natural rubber. The backing is synthetic rubber (sbr latex) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Styrene-butadiene. Pad works great.
