These are larger than my previous calcium supplements, but no trouble swallowing. If necessary, they are scored in the center and can be cut. It is hard to find plain calcium citrate!

These calcium tabs are good, but they are large and I had to cut them in half to make it easier to swallow. I wish they were a smaller size, but otherwise they are the citrate type which are right for our bodies. Both my husband & I are taking these tabs and he has no complaints. They don't cause stomach upset or burping, etc. I like the brand & have confidence that this is helping to improving our bone health. If you take this supplement you may want to add in some vitamin D as well. Next time I go for a bone density test I hope to see good results from following this kind of bone building proticol, which includes taking this quality citrate calcium suplement. I liked the price point of the natural factors calcium tabs and they arrived in a timely manner. I also liked that my order was securely packaged.

I like the dose, as you’re not supposed to take more than 500mg of calcium at a time. I also like that it is the better absorbed calcium citrate. Best of all, it is only calcium, so I can customize my Vitamin D/K supplements separately.

I switched to gummies because these are big and hard to swallow.

Hard to swallow, but doesn't upset my stomach like other calcium supplements.

This product will also help your brain, I started taking them and absolutely recommend this product; I also bought this product for my father who is 83. He loves it as he feels great.

I love this calcium. I had a gastric bypass 16 years ago. If I take a pill, it needs to dissolve quickly so my system can absorb it quickly because of my surgery. This one is fast, it dissolves in just a few minutes in a cup of water (I have to test all my OTCs this way). I know I'm getting the correct dosage for my system.
