Dansko Women’s Professional Slip-On Clogs

I can say that the "Petrol" design on the shoe is more of a slight irredescent sheen than what the advertising photo has shown, but its still very cute. (Photo+Video Included) I was also worried the material would need to be broken in due to other reviews, but they were SO comfy out of the box. I walk to work, and feet feel fine after 6 days a week of my 7 mile walk plus 7-8 hour shifts a week cooking in a busy kitchen. After a month of that, the soles still look brand new. They handle A LOT. As far as overall comfort goes I have big toe arthritis and a horribly set arch ALWAYS had issues in any shoe I chose for work, every day I'd come home ACHING. With these, I also notice those pains are nearly gone, and I have never had a pair of shoes help this well. I have wide feet, and have no issues fitting in the toe box, and I even have a bit of wiggle room to stretch around, not that you even need to move your toes with how good the rocker sole is on these. The no slip works great, I work in a kitchen so I need that grip. Lots of spills happen on, around, and INTO these shoes and they are still as good as new. They're gonna last forever. Well worth the price. So excited to finally have comfy work shoes. These are also SUPER easy to clean. I just wipe them clean with a warm, damp paper towel and they shine again! They're a bit dirty in the review photo/video as I didn't review fully until after some wear, but they are definitely worth the pretty penny. I've gotten tons of compliments from my coworkers on them as well!

When I first started my nursing career about 10 years ago I wore danskos, but had gotten away from them and mostly wore tennis shoes. I recently decided to give them a try again and was greatly impressed! I wear a size 8/8.5 and ordered the 38 and they fit perfectly! I do have narrow feet so I am not sure how they would fit with wide feet. After wearing for a couple weeks the insole sort of molds to your feet. They have a firm sole, proving quality support for long 12 hour shifts on your feet. I work in a busy ER and to me these are more comfortable than most high dollar tennis shoes. Although relatively expensive, they are very durable/lightweight and seem to last for a long time. I absolutely love the color and have gotten countless compliments on them at work. I also love that you can wear them with all scrub colors. I will say after wearing for several months they do get scuffs in them, but honestly I don’t know what shoe wouldn’t in the fast paced environment that I work. I will definitely be ordering another pair!

I've been trying to find a proper work shoe for years now. Finally gave into Dansko. I absolutely love the shoe. For someone with very flat feet that has to stand all day (literally 12-14 hours) I've never been able to find something that allowed my feet to not feel like death at the end of the day. Arch support is tricky for me since I do have such flat feet but I don't have any problem with these. The only problem I DID have was that the first pair I ordered were way, way, way too small. I could barely get my feet in them and my toes were smashed. I ordered a size up and they're still a little tight around the arch but much better. I think these shoes are just the type that need A LOT of break in time. I ordered a foot stretcher and actually tried stretching them (for my new pair) to break them in faster and it seemed to have helped a lot. It's kind of weird... Support is amazing for some odd reason but the arch is just TIGHT. Heel feels amazing and I never even got a blister, the arch is just super tight on my left foot. The leather is also rock hard so I figured it's just the way they're made/the leather. I definitely recommend the shoe because now that I've broken them in I find all the pain is gone (for the most part) and I can actually comfortably stand ALL day (with barely a break) between 2 jobs. No more having to sit down or collapse between shifts! It's amazing. I've been in restaurants for 7 years and I've never been able to find a shoe like this. I have no idea how or why it works but it does! I can't wait until they're really, really broken in and beyond perfect.

This is my third pair of Dansko Pro clogs ordered from Amazon, and the experience continues to be great. These green suede clogs are terrific and comfortable. I wear them year round and without socks most of the year. I add gel inserts to snug them up a bit as long as I'm not wearing socks.

Good quality. I usually wear a 9.5. Theses shoes were way too big for me. Not just in length… but sloppy loose .

This is year 20 for me wearing Dansko professional oiled leather clogs with full backs. I did a detour with backless clogs for my last pair but they are not as roomy, your foot slides down more for some reason, and for me they were not as comfortable. What I have learned about these clogs which are sized European is that I had to go up a size. I am normally a 9 wide and I wear a size 40. I learned this by trying on these clogs in person and now that I know it, I accept it and am not complaining. Actually before my first pregnancy I was an 8 - 38, then after baby one moved up to 8.5 - 39 and then after baby two I landed and stayed at 9 - 40 for the last 14 years. If you have never worn these before I highly recommend you try them on in person first. I love the "box toe" and that I can move my toes around inside the shoe. It is imperative that you wear the same thickness of sock when trying them on vs. wearing them daily. If you normally wear a medium sock and you switch to a thin sock these will feel huge and you will slip around. If you put on a thick sock they will be tight and uncomfortable. So stick with one sock type! I have "Morton's Toe" or "Greek foot" where the second toe is longer than the first. I have a really hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. Perhaps this is why I wear one size up in Dansko, I am not sure. A tip: when you find that the your feet start to get sore from standing too long, on the soles of your feet, it may be that the shoes are worn out. I find that after 12-18 months of daily wear of one pair of clogs that they are smashed down in the cushion part of the shoe and need replacing. This happens to mine before the sole is worn out or before the uppers are all ruined or unsightly. I usually own just one pair or two at a time and wear them every single day. For most years I wore them year round but now that I moved to Houston I am in sandals six months a year. I have never worn shoe inserts inside the clogs. I rate this 5 stars = I Love Them.

Let me start by saying that I can completely see how these shoes work wonders for some people. They are sturdy and supportive, and kind of cute - in an ugly-shoe kind of way. But this review is for the people these shoes *won't* work for. Initially, I ordered a pair in my size that I could barely fit my feet in so I figured they just ran small and, in good faith, returned them to order a size up. The next pair fit exactly as reviews said they should; snug, with room at the heel and toes. I wore them to work and lasted 2 hours before I had to change them out for my old shoes. Okay, maybe I just need to break them in. These reviews are too positive to not at least *try*. The next day, I lasted an hour. My feet were more sore than I ever thought possible. I have wide feet, and these shoes created the most torturous pressure point just below my pinky toes that created a very painful, swollen lump after a cumulative 3 hours of wear time that is still there two days later, and still causing me pain. I understand that there is a break-in period for these shoes, but there is not a single pair of shoes in existence that is worth enduring this level of foot pain. Thankfully, the shoes are still in perfect condition so I should be able to return them. If you don't have wide feet, I would say these Danskos are worth a shot. I can see them being miracle workers for those who need a little extra arch support. But if you have wider feet, I would strongly suggest either skipping these in favor of a different brand, or at least finding somewhere to try them on in-store to test the fit. I work on my feet all day and am desperate to find the elusive "perfect shoe", and after some quick research and reviews, I had high hopes that these would be it. Disappointingly, they very much weren't.

Love the shoe the fit was perfect as expected. Loved the color when I got it. Since, just a patent leather look. No color left pretty disappointing!

今迄、どんなに足腰に優しい靴を履いても長時間になると足指が外反母趾気味なので、痛くなっていましたがこの靴は指が解放されてて痛くなく、おまけに腰が安定しているのかo脚にもいい感じ、立ち仕事なので腰痛もあるのですがずいぶん楽です。楽になったので安心して他の靴を一日履くと指の窮屈感や脚のダルさ、腰痛が感じられるので今は手放せないです。

試着せずでしたが、大丈夫でした！

ダンスコを最初に購入して10 年以上は経ちます 50歳を過ぎてハイヒールを履かなくなりましたが、ダンスコはヒールが高い上に履きごごちが良いので どこにでも履いて行きます 少し傷んできたらガーデニングシューズになり、長期間愛用しています 値段は安くありませんが、それだけの価値は十分にあります 見た目も色も好みです

These are comfortable, sizing is right.....BUT the paint comes off pretty much immediately. It's like they are missing the coating over top. Lesson learned, don't buy these shoes from amazon.
