Good product with good value for money. Handle the plastic part with care because it has a 360-degree rotation, but the previous one was broken. handle with care

The specs say its SS but in reality it is plastic.. didnt like it.. secondly the product didn’t fit on my kitchen tap..raised return request..

Very good result as it is giving reduced flow saving water yet soft shower for complete washing experience without splashing on our clothes. But, I have to compromise a bit on the look of my kitchen faucet because something attached to it has spoiled the overall look of the sink tap. Nevertheless, we are very happy to use it as it is more purposeful than the look. P.S: we can clean the inner strainer by opening the bottom cover, but if you try to open the sink tap without the bottom cover, it will blow out all the inner parts from the upper part into pieces, will make it hard to fix it back as you don't know how. So never try to open the sink tap during such activity and only use some other tap if you happen to clean the strainer.

The quality of the item is quite acceptable, especially considering the price, but the primary feature one would want, that is the watwr flow pattern, doesn't match any of the images at all. There is some variation in flow, while choosing among the three different settings, but neither of these match any of the shown images, apart from the middle, raindrop one, which is acceptably close enough. Recommendation is to buy these from a shop where a demo is available to buy what you'd expect.

Very strong and excellent product. Easy to service. No big mechanism inside. So cleaning can be DIY ...
