Light, Crispy & Perfect for Desserts or Tea Time
These Conchita Lady Fingers are a really nice treat to keep at home, especially if you enjoy light, not-too-sweet cookies. They have a soft crunch with a slightly airy texture, which makes them perfect for dipping in tea or coffee without falling apart too quickly. The flavor is mild and lightly sweet, so they donโt feel heavy and can be enjoyed any time of the day. Theyโre also great for making desserts like tiramisu or layered pudding dishes because they absorb flavors well while still holding their shape. The size is convenient, and the cookies feel fresh right out of the pack. I like that theyโre simple and versatile, you can snack on them as they are or use them in recipes. One thing to keep in mind is that the sweetness is quite light, so if you prefer very sugary cookies, these might feel a bit plain. But for anyone who likes a balanced, classic cookie, theyโre just right. Overall, theyโre a tasty, reliable option that works well for both snacking and dessert-making.

Just as delicious as Italian Lady Fingers!
It has been difficult for me to find reasonably priced Savoiardi (Lady Fingers) for Tiramisu and I had resorted to spending several hours making them from scratch. Iโm excited that I found Conchita because the price is great and so are the cookies! These are sturdy firm cookies that soften while still holding their shape when used in Tiramisu. Iโve found them to be exactly like the Italian made Savoiardi I bought in the past. If youโre buying them for snacking, expect a hard crisp cookie that can be dipped into coffee or hot cocoa. They are quite neutral in flavor and can be used in any layered cream, custard, or pudding dessert and will echo the flavors surrounding them. They also function to absorb any weeping from fruit or other ingredients in your dessert. Consider using these little delights in place of sponge cake with a juicy fruit like strawberries along with stabilized whipped cream (you can stabilize whipped cream by adding either gelatin or for a rich cream add some mascarpone or cream cheese) and/or your pudding or custard of choice. Just be sure to drizzle a flavor syrup, liquor, or other liquid on top of the cookie layer and prepare it AT LEAST 24 hours in advance to adequately soften the cookies. These arrive fresh and crisp, so it takes a full day to absorb all of the delicious goodness! Have fun with your creative !

Perfect for tiramisu
Awesome lady finger cookies for tiramisu! I love how large it is compared to some other brands that itโs perfect for making large tiramisu for a large party. It soaks coffee really well. Would recommend for anyone who wants to make tiramisu on their own!

Very very tasty tiramisu!
Very tasty, my girlfriend made tiramisu with this. It was so tasty, i ate more than half of what she made. I love my girlfriend and tiramisu. This was really budget friendly and really tasty.

Perfect for Homemade Tiramisu (But Some Came Broken)
These were perfect for homemade tiramisu โ they soaked up the espresso really well without getting mushy, and the flavor worked great in the recipe. The only downside is that some of the ladyfingers arrived broken, which was disappointing. Overall, still a good buy, but the packaging could be better.

Affordable Savoiardi!
I have been making Tiramisu since I was 13 years old, so that's.... *MATH* 23 years! ๐ In that time, I have seen Savoiardi come and go on my local grocery stores more times than I care to think ๐ I stumbled across these around the holidays, PANICKING I wouldn't be able to find a suitable substitute in time. Everything else was so maddeningly expensive I was about to give up! Then I saw these, and since their price was so great (and I have a vacuum sealer lol) I bought about 6 packages of them ๐ If you're like me, you use a couple of typical-sized glass loaf pans for tiramisu (and it's still never enough! ๐) It's the perfect height! It takes about 1.5 packs of these to make 2 loaf pans (2 layers of ladyfingers for each pan) OR ยพ of a package for 1 loaf pan. They fit *perfectly.* If you have a flared loaf pan (i.e. the bottom part of the pan is smaller than the top) you'll have to remove a little under 1cm of ladyfinger to fit in the bottom. A small price to pay! I tend to make a super-mini trifle-style tiramisu with the leftovers (OR I roughly crumble them on top of banana pudding!) The taste, texture, size, dryness, etc. is exactly like the pricier ~imported~ Italian savoiardi. I kind of hope that a bunch of people don't catch on โI want the price to stay as-is ๐ Oh! And those leftovers bits I mentioned before? I actually used some of them for my homemade tiramisu ice cream ๐ (A swirl of espresso & marscarpone ice cream w/ small chunks of savoiardi between the swirls, topped with cocoa powder ๐) Changing brands hasn't affected the tiramisu at all. If anything, I end up making more! Always a crowd-pleaser. I'm sure 90% of the reviews are about tiramisu lol
