So far we are very happy with the infusion pitcher. It has taken some getting used to to figure out the best fruits and ways to improve flavors.

Great idea! You can have fruit infused water, or put ice in to make it cold without ice touching/diluting your beverage and make cold brewed tea! Just wish everything were made of glass!!!

This pitcher is difficult to clean because the green spout/handle part does not detach, only the lid portion. The holes on the fruit diffuser insert are too large and allow debris to get into water. The tea screen insert is nice, though most tea I purchase is already in bags so I don't need this attachment. I have never used the ice insert.

The pitcher is flat but tall. It is meant to fit in a fridge door. The fruit infuser is large enough. The problem that I have with this setup is that you have to unscrew the lid to pour the water out. If you are not careful, the lid falls out and water spills everywhere. The bottom of the infuser has a small bulb filled with what I assume to be gel to help keep water cool. It doesn't really do that much good if you plan on keeping the water stored in the pitchers for several days - you'll want to pull the infuser out after a couple of days to prevent the fruit in the infuser from spoiling and ruining the water.

I bought this for my grandma, came to find out the container that holds the fruit is broken. 👎

Prime member. I have used this infuser now 10 times with various combinations of fruits. Haven't used it for tea or the ice core attachments. The jug is of a good size, unlike some of it's competitors. I don't understand why they say not to fill it up past the indicator line on the jug. It's way to far down if you fill up the fruit infuser. Makes no sense.

It works great, not as large as I would like, but love the accessories.

This looked like such a good pitcher! Unfortunately it is very bulky and the lid in finicky. If you have it screwed just a little too tightly you can't get hardly anything out. Just a hair too loose, and the whole top comes off and you spill everywhere. I used it for a few weeks and then tossed it in the garbage.
