Does the bassinet change into a regular forward facing stroller?

No. Only flat baby carriage toy. It is an excellent product. Folds up well in car. My niece loves it. Can lay all her babies in it. Beware of size. 21 inch dolls do not fit. Well built, cute as can be, rolls well and she even takes it grocery store and where ever she goes. Excellent design and great quality. Would absolutely recommend to any parent.

Will this hold two 14" dolls ?

Yes. My twins stroll two babies all the time.

How do you fold up the stroller?

You don't. It doesn't fold up at least I don't think it is

How much does the item weigh?

Unsure but my 3 year old granddaughter loves it and handles it easily… holds 2/3 baby dolls
