Will i need to change the oil after adding the product or can i run it 3k miles?

You probably don't need to but....I personally would add the UV dye right before you need a oil change. That way you can drive your vehicle for however long. Probably a good 2 days, drain the oil/ fix the problem, then refill with fresh oil.

I had no problems seeing the dye without the glasses.

can this dye be mixed with mineral oil and used in smoke test machines

The answer is yes. I used it in my smoke machine to test an engine in my 1996 BMW Z3 1.9. It worked fine.

So i just pour all of this bottle into engine oil and look with blacklight?

Thats exactly what I did to locate a hard to find oil leak. BTW: to get a clean read, you will need to clean the engine beforehand, add the dye and then drive 20 miles or so to locate the leak.
