Vollrath (5303) Wear-Ever Half-Size Sheet Pans, Set of 2 (18-Inch x 13-Inch x 1-Inch, Aluminum)

My wife absolutely loves these and they came early which allowed for her to use them immediately time!!

These are not too heavy to lift but are much more solid than what I had in the past. Even under high heat they've not warped or popped or shown any changes. Nice and smooth and easy to clean. Very happy baker.

I wanted the thickest restaurant style big sheet pan I could buy, and this is working wonderful for me at home.

Bought these sheet trays over other brands because many reviews (both amazon and external) mentioned they're unlikely to warp due to heat and use. However, one of the pans came ever so slightly warped with a hump in the middle, so be wary of this.
