I purchased this to help with energy and mood. Taking one of the 500 mg capsules sent me from a flat mood and fatigue to irritable and jittery within 30 minutes. Now I open up the capsule and take just half of it and it works much better!

Created my own more natural test boost (only the active ingredients, none of the extras) after some research and comparison to some other products that worked well for me. L-Tyrosine, P-5-P, Selenium and D3.

I will say I was unsure. This has appeared to help my mood, my ADHD settled somewhat since I’ve been taking this. I seem to be able to focus better and not have as much anxiety. I haven’t noticed any side effects besides the size of the pills. They are pretty large harder to take for people who can’t swallow pills.

I really don’t think any Vitamin works. The FDA has no control of it and you don’t know what’s in them. I think all vitamins are waste of money.
