On the expensive side but worth it. The Temper-Pedic mattress I use it on runs on the warm side in the hotter months, so that even with a very effective air conditioner it's often too warm to sleep comfortably. This product has enabled us to sleep longer and deeper. I find the little water carrying tubes very pleasant to the touch and welcoming to the skin. It's also simple to set up and easy to adjust the temperature. All of this adds up to a very satisfying experience. There is some noise with two motors running- we have the dual King- and while it's not an issue to me as I prefer some white noise, it will be for some. It does require some bit of maintenance; it needs cleaning solution run through it every month or so, dependent on how much you use it, and the water level must be monitored. Great if you run hot at night. If you suffer from hot flashes, it's a game changer. Recommended.

It takes getting used to, your body on the bed cool/cold and your exposed body hot, it feels like laying on a mint. I was worried about leaks as that’s the biggest complaint but so far 2 weeks in no leaks and I love it. We love setting it to 61F that’s a cool comfortable temp and we sleep amazing finally! I will use distilled water and top it off every 2 or 3 days and use the cleaner monthly and I hope it lasts. I can not feel the tubes and my mattress pretty much feels the same. Setup is super easy, you can have the tubes at the head at the bed and I used the cool side vs comfort side. Give it a shot, it might just be the best thing you invested in for sleep.

I know this item is very expensive, but if you are a hot or cold sleeper, this item is worth the money. I like the item so much that I am buying another one/two. The noise level is low and constant hum (my furnace blowing air makes more noise). I like that this version of the cube (3.0) can be placed under the bed (as the vents are on the sides and not the top. The only negative thing I would say (not a deal breaker) is that it would be nice to have a timer mode on the remote to set how long you want to run at that temperature. Love the dual zone as I am a hot sleeper and my wife is a cold sleeper.

I like the ease of setup, pairing and cleaning. Only complaints are the cleaning solution is expensive at $11 an ounce. And the unit itself is pretty expensive for California King.

I usually had problem with waking up middle of night due to excessive heat on my back due memory foam topper on my mattress. I wish I knew this product earlier. I found out my ideal sleeping temperature was 64F. I turn it on 20 minutes before getting into bed and let reach the desire temperature since it use water to circulate through radiator to extract the heat out the mattress.. My sleep is much more improve with the cooling pad.
