They are a great company. They helped resolve my issue with my decal. It came sooner than predicted, and the print and cut was wonderful. I will just say I did have issues transferring the first time around. The transfer film seemed to not come off the vinyl. But the company helped resolve my problem!

I have 2 issues with this order. The first problem was with my decal and unfortunately it was a big enough problem to knock a star off. If i wasn't able to resolve the issue on my own then that would be a different story. The Second problem I have is regarding the Customer Support. Problem One, the decal was not coming off of the transfer paper after application. All directions were followed and the little handbook troubleshooter didn't exactly lay out the Yellow Brick Road for me either. My solution was to use a sharp knife, paperclip or anything small and pointy to pick the decal off just enough to be able to put pressure on it while you peel back the transfer paper; Its tedious and easy to mess up. Problem Two, the customer service email bounces back as an inactive email. So thats never a good sign. That all being said, after careful work, I got it on and i think it looks great, so at the end of the day im happy with the outcome.

Sucks i’ve put on a lot of decals in my time so I am well aware of how to prep and place I’ve struggled so hard with this one. The transfer sucked. For some reason, the letters would not stick to the window half of it. I physically had to peel off as I went along and stick into place. I sat outside for 30 minutes alone just rubbing it down with the a credit card and the thing it came with to rub it on it would not stick. It looks like it’s certain appeal off already from far away. It looks all right but once you get up close, you can see the parts that were really screwing up when I was trying to get it off. There’s lots of bubbles and it looks like it’s just coming up. I spent a lot of money on this just for it to be trash, I’m actually really disappointed and if it starts peeling off more, we’re gonna have bigger problems because I will want a refund.
