It’s a great product! The monitor is crystal clear, and the camera has a great range of motion. I love that I can play music through the camera to help my baby sleep more easily. While I set up the Sleep Breathing Movement Monitor, I haven't used it much yet because the audio from the monitor is so good—I can hear even the tiniest movements. I also plan to add a second camera in another room so I don't have to move the original one back and forth. After six months, the monitor developed a slight issue where the screen would occasionally blur, but customer service was excellent. Since it has a one-year warranty, they sent me a replacement right away. It’s definitely worth the investment, especially since it’s FSA-eligible. I love this monitor!

As a mom who has gone through 5 monitors now, I am confident this one is a true winner. Let me tell you why: PROS: - honestly this is my biggest pro. When you talk to your child through the camera, it will show on the volume indicators that you’re talking. This gives me a little extra comfort that if some random person was talking through the camera, I would be able to see that through the volume indicators. I’ve never had a monitor to that before. - tells the time. HUGE in the middle of the night check ins - SCAN MODE. Every 15 seconds the camera switches between both modes. Now here is the best part, it does it in split screen mode!! So I don’t have an annoying alarm telling me something’s happening in the other room. - the buttons are easily accessible, and I don’t have to guess which one it is in the middle of the night. It’s very clear and tactile which one is the power button in the volume buttons on top - in split screen mode, you can move the cameras at any time without any extra buttons to hit. You simply just press the arrows when the room is highlighted in split screen mode. - the picture quality is wonderful. This is always a gamble, but in daytime it is crystal clear, and at night has a bit of a white haze over it, but you can still see where your child is pretty easily. - the night light is a great touch. You can use it as a “ok to wake” light or a night light. It does have an indicator on the monitor that it is on so that is really nice. - this is the first monitor. I didn’t have to mount on the wall because of the range that it has to see the whole room. I simply just placed it on the bookshelf. - the range! I brought this to my backyard and I had no connection issues anywhere and honestly that’s a gigantic plus. CONS: - in split screen mode, if you need to hit the camera button to hear the sound just from one specific room you will have to hold it down to go back into scan mode. Someone who can easily forget this it just causes a little bit extra anxiety that I have to put it back on if I need to listen to one room. Honestly, this is easily one of my best monitors that I’ve had. I would recommend this for anybody who has two or more kids. He needs to see them at the same time. This is such a wonderful monitor.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

This is hands down my favorite baby purchase ever. The picture quality is incredibly clear, and I love how adjustable the camera is. Even after a year and a half of use, it still holds the exact angle I set it to without drifting, which really impressed me. I haven’t needed the two-camera feature yet, but I appreciate having the option for the future. The added night light is a nice bonus, and overall, it has been reliable, easy to use, and well-made. I would absolutely recommend this to new parents.

I’ve been using this monitor for a year & really love it. I hated the Vtech monitor I bought with my first, it had bad battery life & would lose connection all the time. This monitor is so much better on both. I could barely take my old off the charger but this monitor can be left off for ages. The range is pretty good & it never randomly loses connection like my last. Video quality is great. It’s easy to set up & use. I never got the app to work on my old monitor so I was fine with not having an app for this one. I knocked it down a star because there is no way to mute just one camera. Baby was in our room at first but a bit across the room so we put the camera up & we’re disappointed we couldn’t mute it as we only wanted to see into the bassinet. We’ve run into the same issue where baby has moved to his own room where I’d like to hear him during nap time but not my toddler rambling & playing in his room. I’ve gotten used to putting the monitor on silent & looking for it to light up indicating a noise, but that feature would easily make this monitor set 5 stars. I still recommend this set to anyone, I think the quality & price are right!

These cameras have worked the best for us. We bought extra so we had a couple that were our travel camera monitors. Very easy to pair with the monitor and so beneficial for multi room monitoring. The picture is clear, can hear everything well. Zoom works great and is like 6 times the OG view. Plus we travel with these all the time and place them in bags/slumber pods. Have not had one stop working in 4 + years.

If I could give this camera a 0 I would. I bought this in October 2023 because we were having a second baby and I wanted a double screen monitor. I switched from a Motorola with 0 issues to this. Soon after my daughters camera started making weird noises- I unplugged it and unplugged the parent cord and swapped them out as the website said to do. Issue was fixed. Fast forward to a few months ago and the camera in my son’s room just randomly stopped working. I tried to do the same and it didn’t seem to work. I reached out and because I’m out constantly I was offered a discount to get a new cord. I got a better deal off Amazon. Problem -#2 solved. The last week the parent camera screen completely turns itself off while it’s plugged in charging over night. We are no where near being done using a baby monitor as our kids are 4 and 1.5. I didn’t expect the need to possibly have to buy a third monitor. I’m highly disappointed as this was not a cheap monitor and I’ve had countless issues. I used my previous Motorola baby monitor with 0 issues for 2 years, I haven’t even owned this one for 2 years and have had numerous issues. Coming back to update that at just 20 months of using this we have once again another issue. In the past we had to move around the parent cord and swap it out with the camera cords due to them malfunctioning. Then we had to purchase new cords to get it to work of which we were offered a percentage off from manufacturer due to being out of the warranty. ( instead I bought it for cheaper and quicker off Amazon). Now the monitor turns off in the middle of the night, then when you turn it back on it’s only on one camera instead of split screen so you have to go into the camera settings and do the split monitor. Once you get to that, you can only move one camera and do the audio on that camera- it will not switch to the other one. I have tried the restart on the parent monitor. I have unplugged that camera, turned the camera off itself and even tried to delete it but it won’t let me select that camera 2 to do that. Then I chose to hit the pair button the camera and re-pair it and it’s working- but not camera 1 is doing the exact same thing- won’t toggle from camera 2 to 1 therefore I can’t move camera 1 or put the sound on, or use the microphone on that camera. This product didn’t even last us a year without having issues, we are now almost at the 2 year mark and we are on at least issue number 5 with this camera/monitor. For a $199.99 baby monitor this is junk. I “upgraded” from a single camera Motorola when we had our second baby and am highly disappointed for switching companies when there was nothing wrong with the Motorola besides needing the extra camera. My son is still in a crib, I need a monitor- my 4 yr old gets up in the middle of the night or has bad dream and or if she’s sick I would like to be able to see her and talk to her thru the camera. At this rate, I give this negative stars

Such a great baby monitor. I needed to switch to a monitor that had split screen and could connect to multiple cameras, I am so happy we found this one. The quality is great and was very easy to set up.

Faulty Charger Pls replace

Esta cámara fue un regalo que le hice a mi prima, y les pedí un vídeo corto para subir la reseña, ya que me hablaban maravillas de la cámara. Tienen ahora un nuevo bebé y ya tenían un niño. En su día, para el.primer peke, les regalaron una cámara que no tenía esta calidad, y con la visión desde app de móvil. Les planteé este regalo, porque confié en la marca, y no me ha defraudado. También me apoyé en las reseñas muy favorables, y es todo cierto. Estas imágenes están grabadas, 100% completamente a oscuras, menuda calidad!! Ilumina perfectamente de noche, grabando en blanco y negro con mucha nitidez. En color, graba de día, o en cuanto tiene luz. El sonido, también es muy bueno! Está grabado el vídeo con un móvil, enfocando la pantalla y el sonido ambiente, y aún así se aprecia. La comunicación es fantástica, sin necesidad de wifi. Pensaba que no tendrían tanta cobertura porque es una casa, y todo lo contrario. Arriba en la habitación, puerta cerrada y ellos abajo a muchos metros, conexión perfecta. Se comunican desde la pantalla con la cámara que quieren interactuar para que les escuchen sus hijos. Dicen que por las noches, les ha dado la vida!! Tiene unas nanas preestablecidas. Aún ese tema no lo han mirado bien. Lo mejor, que además lo podrán llevar a casas de familia, donde el bebé descanse, controlar y estar tranquilo, sin conexiones ajenas. Además, lo amortizarán durante años. Se pueden conectar dos cámaras más, adicionales. Decir que el servicio técnico y su amabilidad, es de 10. Que responda un servicio postventa, rápidamente, brindando toda garantía de satisfacción, es importante! Es decir, recomendable 100 %, fácil de instalar y si necesitas vigilar dos estancias, porque tengas dos niñ@s, o dos puntos de visión, es la cámara perfecta.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery. HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

Fonctionne très bien bon produit

Acheté et utilisé depuis 6mois. Parfait. Utilisé pour enfant de 3,5ans et bébé 5mois, dans 2 chambres différentes. Nous avions pour notre première fille un vidéo babyphone Philips avent qui nous avait coûte 170e, et franchement nous sommes ravis de ce babyphone double caméra. La qualité vidéo est sans comparaison possible, excellente. Le son est correct (la distance de la camera avec le bebe joue beaucoup). Le fait de pouvoir bouger les caméras à distance est top (attention à bien positionner l'emplacement et l'inclinaison de base !) Le micro subit un très léger décalage mais c'était pire sur le Philips. Vision nocturne très bonne. Les 3 câbles fournis sont identiques, très longs. Cela permet de facilement interchanger les câbles si besoin entre les caméras et le moniteur. On peut scinder l'écran en 2 pour voir les 2 caméras en même temps (mais le son que d'une seule à la fois, ou en mode scan 10sec chacune à tour de rôle, ou avec le mode vox : la caméra qui fait du bruit retransmet le bruit, mais évidemment s'il y a une berceuse en cours sur l'une des deux ça ne fonctionnera pas comme espéré). Ou l'on peut switch manuellement d'une caméra à l'autre, ou encore une fois automatiquement avec le mode vox si un bruit est détecté. Le seul petit défaut que j'y trouve est la persistance d'une petite diode allumée en mode vox, la nuit c'est embêtant car elle clignote assez fort. Une gomette dessus et le tour est joué j'imagine ! Petite fonctionnalité intéressante également, même l'écran en veille, et même si le son est à zéro, il y a un indicateur d'intensité sonore des bruits détectés au dessus de l'écran. Pour savoir visuellement s'il y a du bruit sans pour autant l'entendre.
