Any Stila eyeliner users?? How does this compare?

I used to use Stila. I do like the colors of Stila, but if using Black, this is hands down better. I have oily skin and this surprisingly does not smudge - I'm not running or swimming - just working and it does not smudge. I actually wish Docolor had the color versatility of Stila. My Stila eyes would not stay precise like Docolor eyes. I also think Mascara might have impact. I use Elizabeth Mott, so when I pair these together, I can wear it from 7 am to 9 pm for work and everything still looks strong at the end of the day

Is this product made in China and therefore tested on animals because of their regulations? I need to know 100% before I'd buy.

Their website says "Our default express is Aliexprss standard Shipping and China post small packet plus". I would assume they are not cruelty free :/ Now that I know that, I don't think I will buy again.

Is this eyeliner worth buying?

Totally. I just bought it and will continue to buy it. It beats my maybellines and revlons I have used before.
