Love this watch. Tells both day and date and also has a stopwatch and alarm feature. I wear this when I sleep as the alarm is loud enough to wake me even with a sleep machine on. The back light is bright and easy to read. Sturdy enough band doesn’t bother me any. Fits my 7.25 inch wrist just fine. Within about a week both the analogy and digital will be a few seconds off but considering how much this is that is honestly pretty good. Mine did not come with a Manuel, but was pretty easy to figure out how to use/program.

Amazing watch
The best I've ever had. Super easy and simple to use, basic functions but it's all I needed in military. 100% water proof, had shower many times wearing them. Would definitely recommend buying, you won't regret it.
