At Laser Cut Ply, we sell nothing but materials meant specifically for laser cutting. We test all our materials before offering them for sale. All materials available in various sizes. This 3mm Baltic Birch Plywood provided by LaserCutPly is a great material for all sorts of hobby use. We use it all the time for lasering. It cuts very easy. We recorded 80mm/sec on our 80 watt laser. The edges had very minimal scorching. Just a nice light brown. Both faces are sanded and mostly free from blemishes. There can be an occasional patch, where a knot was replaced with fresh birch. The interior plys have rare knots. warping varies, and can be poor on some sheets. It accepts stain very well. This is our favorite material, and our go to for new projects when we aren't sure what to use.
