These work great! Whether you overindulged, are traveling, or just working out hard, these will help you recover quicker and eliminate that hangover feeling. I was skeptical at first and then my friends and I did a bourbon tasting one night. I took these before going to bed and had no after effects the next day.

Received a sample pack awhile back as part of a monthly themed box subscription to Bespoke Post. Had never heard of the product or brand prior, but was eager to try as all items I've received from Bespoke Post exceeded my expectations. Haven't done anything yet that really dehydrated me or left me feeling depleted, but after a few days of taking the vitamin in the morning I noticed a difference - I didn't feel tired midday at work, I didn't crave snacks like I usually do, I felt better overall and was in a spectacular mood. Could have been more mental than anything, but it was enough to purchase a pack. Heading to the Caribbean and plan on taking these vitamins daily. Between long flights/travel, the hot temperatures in contrast to my local weather, and the amount of rum that comes with a Caribbean Vacation - minor dehydration is likely. Excited to put these Brode vitamins to the test and am feeling pretty confident they will make a big difference. Also, product arrived very timely (possibly ahead of schedule, if I remember right) and was exactly what I wanted. Was also in perfect retail condition - untampered.

I spend most weekends drinking wine up in Napa. And I have been taking these to help offset the potential for a wine hang-over the next day. And so far it has worked well for me and my friends. Am on my 3rd package. The don't taste great, but that's manageable.

I have used this product before for hot yoga and it really works well. It is a great alternative to sports drinks and ocassionaly a viable alternative to $6 coconut water :-) I typically take 2 tabs. about an hour before and find it really helped through the strenuous 90-minute class. It really works for me but everyone's body reacts differently, so try the product and judge for yourself. Happy that this product now comes with the convenience, quality and assurance of Amazon (esp. with a Prime account) at such a reasonable price.

This is my 4th time ordering them. I use these when: I feel like I'm getting sick and need to hydrate or after a night out with heavy drinking. They really work. When I feel like I'm getting sick I take these until I feel normal and they really do help stave off a cold. Also, after a night drinking take these and you will be amazed how normal you feel in a short time. I recently brought these on a trip to Spain and they were a life saver for me and my friends - they really helped tremendously with jetlag. Although they are way too expensive, I know they work and I guess that is worth it to me so I keep ordering.

These undoubtedly help me. My heavier drinking days are largely over but I'll take these during a night of a few drinks and I'll be less sluggish in the morning. Another plus for me now is taking on a hot day when I'm outside for long periods and on long cycling rides to help replenish electrolytes without fancier products . Just swallow the pill(s) down with my water and I'm good to go. Definitely recommended! After a night of heavy drinking, getting up before early afternoon comfortably rarely happened. Nothing wrong with sleeping in but at least I'm able to feel more energetic in the morning if I want. Drinking enough water for hydration is a must but the salt + electrolyte combo really helps me prevent the crappiness.

Love the vitamins but never got the order. The package was torn.

This turns 2 day long thumping hangovers into a mild off-feeling morning, at the worst. Usually, I wake up and barely know I drank at all.
