Hi, This is just a highlighter that is used after applying your foundation & blush. I put it above the blush, on my nose & the corner of my eyes to give a greater impact.

Does this settle into fine lines, creases, and wrinkles?

No it doesn’t settle into that. Placement is everything. You only put where you want it to pop.
