will this work with a pop socket on the back of a iphone6 with a otterbox commuter case?

My iPhone 7 has an otter box but no pop socket. with the otter box on it looks like there is enough room for the pop socket behind it.

Does this stick to the dashboard?

If your dashboard is smooth. It is a suction cup and must have “grip” to hold on. It does not work on my dashboard.

Will a Samsung S10+ fit in this?

I have the S8 and it fits, however the clasps kind of go over the phone's buttons on the side. Also, I think my phone is too heavy for the mount. I'm going to return it.

Veramente ottimo prodotto, la pinza ha una presa solida e stabile, il braccio non ondeggia più del dovuto durante la marcia della macchina e i movimenti che subisce, la ventosa non cede né d'inverno sotto zero, né d'estate a 50 °C. Grande qualità costruttiva, è un prodotto molto qualitativo come pochi altri si trovano per questa categoria di prodotti e tra l'altro è disponibile pochi euro. Its very strong and sturdy and doesnt shake at all while driving on motorways or in the city. The flexible handle is pretty and can bend in different directions based upon the requirements. The sticky pad that comes with it makes it possible to fix it on uneven surfaces overall pretty good.
