Do these sheets fit a thick mattress? I have a king size mattress that is at least 16" deep.

Will these sheets get pills over time?

Yes. You should consider investing in a fabric shaver to remove the pills. I owned a similar color in this brand of bed sheets and it pilled in 2-3 months. I might of keep my sets for more than two years if I considered getting a fabric shaver. My friend uses them now and I haven't heard issues from him.

Are these sheets wrinkle free?

I would not say they are wrinkle free, but when you stretch the out while making the bed, they smooth out nicely. You do not need to iron them.
