Is this for key fobs that actually start the car? Mine only locks and unlocks the doors, key itself is needed to start it. 2017 Kia Sportage

If your fob unlocks the door automatically when you walk near it you may need this bag. If you have to push a button to unlock the car door, you're less likely to need the bag. What happens is criminals "boost" the keyfob signal back to your vehicle to unlock it when you are walking away, or at home at night. They can boost the signal from fobs that are always on - which are the ones that unlock automatically when you go near the vehicle.

How does anyone know that these bags work? Are you assuming they work (Trust us.--Corporations) or is there some method to test them?

Mission Darkness products are legit! I tested the cell-phone bag on my cell phone, on my key fob for my truck, on my prox reader access card at work, on our two way radios at work... it works on all of them. Nothing's getting through this thing-it really works that well!

will 2 key fobs fit into this bag? Was thinking about using it to store our spare keys.

I wouldn't recommend it, unless it's just the fobs (no extra accessories on the chain) and they are smaller. It's just a better idea to keep one per bag. Of course you can always test and return if it doesn't fit. Thanks! -Ryan, MOS Equipment

Will an iPhone 5 fit in this?

The effective size of the inner pocket is 5.5 in x 3.0 inch with the flap down and secured. In looking up the iphone 5 dimensions, it would fit width-wise but by the length of you phone, it might fit in the pouch but you will probably not be able to fold the top flap and secure it.
