GREAT product [SUPER STURDY] but doesn't at all resist knife cuts, as claimed by the manufacturer.
definitely the best foam plate money can buy. i don't see a gigantic difference between this extra sturdy version and the regular version, but it's certainly discernably sturdier, thicker and stronger. however, it does not resist cuts (when cutting a piece of food with a knife), as the manufacturer claims. and because i tried it due to that claim, i'll be sticking with the lower-priced regular kind. * i've recently started using sturdy plastic plates, more than the foam plates i've been using for decades. it's a way more expensive way to go, but i really like it and i can certainly afford to splurge.
