Good size to swallow
These are great wee energy boosters. I have used b6 for years. If your energy is low , these give you a little boost. My husband is a night shift lorry driver and takes one of these to help stay awake whilst driving. He stops for a snack and takes one of these but not too late into his shift as he wouldn’t sleep when he gets home. Easy to swallow with a slight after taste. A good price too.

Great for PMS
I have taken b6 for about 30 years. Originally started taking it for pms as the doctor wanted to put me on antidepressants. What a game changer I would never be without it. It really does balance those hormones out so if anyone out there is struggling give it a go. I would notice if a hadn’t taken it for a handful of days. Been really pleased with this brand.
