The first day I used this remedy,it appeared to do nothing and I was not having an anxiety episode. The next day, I did have an anxiety episode that cropped up. I then used the same amount as I did the previous day and found that it worked very well and in fact relieved the anxiety complete in about 5 minutes or less. I also find it useful to take before bed if necessary. I did buy this product for sleep primarily but it certainly works for the stated issues. I highly recommend this product .

I can't vouch for this listing, because I bought my Panic Button from a local distributor (natural food store). Mine has a dropper. But this remedy absolutely worked for me. Moderate performance anxiety MELTED AWAY immediately. It was really astounding. I think these broad spectrum low dose blends probably arent going to be enough for severe cases, but I was surprised that it worked SO WELL for me. I will forever and always have this in my cupboard and purse when I travel.

if you use this properly and put it under your tongue this works fast and has no side effects, but it calms you down. It's a homeopathic so it's gentle, but part of its efficacy depends on using it before you are so beyond panicked that you lose your reason. Hence for some people you need to get in the ***habit*** of using it! Learning to reach for it early rather than when you're ready to climb walls.… A homeopathic doesn't force a reaction, it helps the body deal. A lot of people get discouraged because a homeopathic doesn't force the body to react in a certain way, but it helps the body instead to do what it really should do. You're so prone to reaching for a pharmaceutical that will actually force the body to do something and that's not what a homeopathic does. If you can learn to reach for this to help yourself be more calm in your reaction and the anxiety begins to mount you'll find this very helpful.
