Bought for lap swimming.Thought i was weird at first using this snorkel at my lap pool. Upon research found out its an awesome breathing snd technique training tool and coach's recommend training with one 50% of your workout. I use it cause im new to lap swimming still and still cant get the breathing down. So i dont get as hard and good of a workout and my technique falls apart cause im focusing on breathing and i cant do it still. This was a game changer. I dont have to worry about it. So i regulate my breathing and i can focus on technique and body position which is getting better all the time. I have been able to step up the intensity of my workouts so im swimming farther and faster now and my weight loss has stepped up cause of the work out change.I bought this snorkel instead of others on the market because it being a front facing is better for lap swimming and being more streamlined. I also loved the plug bobber feature that stops the water from coming in when it goes under the water line. Sometimes at first when you aren't expecting it to do that it can freak you out. But its amazing if you like to flip turn or want to learn flip turn cause u can do that with this kind of snorkel and not have to worry about blowing the water out of a regular snorkel when you come back up (like a whale or dolphin does).It never fails and i use it every single workout the whole time and i swim 5-7 times a week for 1/2 hours.I get asked about it all the time at the pool by other swimmers and im starting to not be the only there with a snorkel lol

Great product and design, maybe I need to use it more to overcome my issues with the snorkel. The snorkel works great and does what it is designed to do, which is to keep the water from entering the tube when you're in the water. Unfortunately for me It's not the most comfortable of snorkels I have ever used. After approximately 10 minutes I needed to remove it from my head completely, not just removing the mouthpiece to relieve the pain in my jaw, as I found it does become quite heavy to keep in place.
