Does this work for hp sprocket select? or only the hp sprocket?

2.3x3.4 is the only size the sprocket select will take. The smaller paper only works in the normal size sprocket

Can you use this photo paper in a regular printer?

No. The colors and printing is heat activated, no inks are used, so completely different process.
