I installed this AAA 90034 triplex pump on my gas-powered pressure washer, and it completely transformed the machine. The 4400 PSI and 4.0 GPM output are no joke — it delivers excellent pressure and flow, perfect for heavy-duty cleaning tasks. Installation was straightforward, and it came with everything needed, including the siphon tube and hardware. It runs smooth and feels solidly built. After weeks of use, it’s still performing like new. Definitely worth the price if you’re looking to upgrade or replace a worn-out pump.

Easy as heck to install, only 4 bolts! There wasn’t even a set screw on the shaft. The old pump was seized onto the drive shaft, had to gently tap it off with a hammer. Didn’t want this to happen again so I made sure to reinstall with anti-seize. Washer is so strong I now worry about blasting paint off of my pickup! Lol!

I own a DeWalt 4400 machine. The original pump lasted me 12 years of heavy use. This pump arrived Feb 9, 2025. I installed it within a week. But it’s winter in Nebraska so I didn’t start using it until April. At first, pressure was fine. I used it for maybe 30 minutes washing off my skid steer machine. Then I took it to a job site. Performance started to decrease within the first ten minutes. I blamed the water pressure. Went to the next job. Same thing. And again I blamed poor water pressure. It’s a new pump. Has to be something else. I didn’t get 2 hours out of this pump. And when you let off the handle and it goes to bypass mode it makes a horrendous noise. But of course, the return window is closed and you can’t talk to who sent the pump. I read the reviews before I purchased and chose to ignore the reviews that said this pump failed quickly. I’m telling you, believe the reviews like mine. This pump is total junk. If you do chose to buy, spend the money on the 3 year protection plan. You’ll need it. $300 education to buy local from someone you can talk to.

My last one froze during the winter and split. Direct replacement with this one and it works great much cheaper than a new pressure washer.

It was an essential choice for the professional.

It’s not the same pump on the picture of description but it’s exactly like the original that came with dewalt 4400 psi pressure washer, it is perfect and comes with oil. My pressure is the same again.

I have three of these pumps. Two failed after one year, my latest failed after six hours. All three failures were due to the thermal relive valve and its spring inside the valve. All of my pumps get bimonthly maintenance. The valve is a cheap low grade brass the spring is even a lower grade steel. This one part is pure junk and when it fails it can destroy the pump. I’ve had one of the one year old pumps come completely apart, throwing parts and oil in all directions. We pulled the part and found the valve stuck in the closed position allowing the pump to overheat. While the pump has a three year “limited warranty” this one part only has a 90 day warranty! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
