Great prouct no After taste , yes they are big but find them easy to swollow, My nails are growing and alot stronger , my hair is the best it has ever been , skin is is super soft

I have used these for a couple of months and I think they’re helping. My skin looks so good, I can definitely see a glow. My joints seem to be a little happier, though that might be due to other efforts. The tablets themselves are quite large but they’re easy to swallow given the shape of the capsules. They don’t smell, I don’t get any weird aftertaste and they don’t repeat on me, so I think they dissolve well. I will be buying these again.

Great product. After 3 weeks I could feel a positive improvement in my hip joints when I walk. Also, my fingertips don't have cracks in them this winter. The ONLY sad thing was when I received my parcel, the container in which the bottle is placed(which I collect for use in my guitar workshop) had the lid missing. JOEbassIC

I’d be a bit dubious of the other reviews claiming miracles about this product; the scientific community is not yet convinced that collagen protein is any more effective than regular protein for collagen synthesis inside the body. Any protein is broken down into individual amino acids during digestion and who is to say that the body will rebuild the proteins back into collagen and send it where you want it 🤷🏻‍♀️ That said, there are a few papers suggesting it may have some benefit and preferentially be reconstructed into collagen, but the research is very limited. But, I’m giving it a chance. I’m getting older and my skin and joints need all the help they can get. It might not work, but it’s not going to hurt. And if the evidence of its benefits grows, then I’ll already have a head start in using it. I chose this collagen because it is verified by a 3rd party testing lab, which is important with so many supplement providers. You need to know your product is genuine. And it’s a fair price too for the quality. It also contains some other beneficial ingredients that I was looking for, including hyaluronic acid and turmeric (which does have evidence to suggest reduction in inflammation). It also contains 3 types of collagen, instead of just one, so if it does work, it targets more areas of your body in one capsule. I open the capsules and add them to my protein smoothie every morning and can’t even taste them. Hope this helps!

My mum at 68 took marine Collagen and I saw how amazing her results had been so I decided to try them. I did a bit of research and decided that I wanted all types of Collagen. I'm amazed after 2 weeks I feel fantastic. My skins no longer spotty. I look better and lines are no longer visible under my eyes. I'm truly shocked its helped even my joints to not hurt even when I do a 12 hour shift. Really happy with them. The tablets are quite large capsules but apart from that I'm 100% happy with what they do for me and I feel fantastic. Would recommend to anyone young or old 🙂

Ergänzt wird die Rezeptur unter anderem durch Hyaluronsäure, Kurkuma, Aloe Vera, Heidelbeerextrakt und BioPerine. Kollagen ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil von Haut, Knorpeln, Sehnen und Bindegewebe. Mit zunehmendem Alter nimmt die körpereigene Produktion ab. Nahrungsergänzungen können daher für manche Menschen interessant sein. Die Studienlage ist je nach Anwendungsgebiet unterschiedlich – am besten untersucht sind Kollagenhydrolysate im Zusammenhang mit der Haut sowie teilweise auch bei Gelenken. Llevo bastante tiempo tomando colágeno y esta es la primera vez que lo hago con un multicomplejo con varios tipos de colágeno diferente, por lo que no sé si será mejor o peor que los que solo tienen uno. En este caso, este complemento tiene 3 tipos de colágeno procedentes de 4 fuentes alimentarias, lo que supuestamente garantiza la mejor combinación posible de colágeno. La dosis diaria recomendada es de dos comprimidos al día, y cada dosis aporta 800 mg de colágeno bovino (colágeno tipo 1 y 2), 200 mg de colágeno marino (colágeno tipo 1), 90 mg de colágeno de pollo (colágeno tipo 2), y 10 mg de colágeno de membrana de cáscara de huevo (colágeno tipo 1). Esta combinación sirve para apoyar la salud de la piel, también ayuda a la salud de las articulaciones y contribuye al mantenimiento de los tejidos conectivos del cuerpo.
