Sturdy but not completely functional
Well made, sturdy, non stick is great and heats up well. The distance between the two plates hasnโt been figured out very well so the side of the press closest to the hinge is very thin (and burns) and then side furthest ends up thicker and takes longer to cook. It always comes out uneven because of this so overall canโt get great results
