Your breath sticks and you need this today.
Seriously just buy this! I've been using this for 2 days so far, and my breath doesnt smell and it stays that way for the rest of the day YESSSSS. I'm someone who cannot stand when people have reeking breaths. i posted on my snapchat telling all my friends to do themselves a favor. hahaha. I use an OraBrush tongue scraper and that does a great job of cleaning my tongue before I brush. Then I use a regular toothbrush with Crest 3D white and that does a pretty good job of cleaning my teeth (and help them stay white longer). I rinse my mouth of toothpaste foam and use whatever toothpaste is left on the brush to give my tongue a additional scrub. That pretty much takes care of my whole mouth. But the reason why I had been searching for a breath savior was because I would still have germs, etc on my tonsils and throat where you cannot get at with a brush which would cause my breath to stink really bad after a few hours. Sure you can just use regular mouthrinse but i find that those were usually full of alcohols and basically just burn off a layer of cells (and i guess some germs along with it). Their effect dont last either. But this TheraBreath rinse is basically the evolution of mouthwash. It is slightly minty which I find very pleasant. Less minty than Dentyne ice gum if you need a comparison. It feels very smooth in your mouth that doesnt foam up which is great for gargling. By smooth i mean like the consistency of oil? (but definitely nowhere near as thick). The instructions say to measure the amount with the little shot cup provided and rinse for 1 min. I probably just do like 30 seconds. spit and measure another shot to gargle with. I do that. It doesnt burn my tonsils or throat. its very comfortable. I do find that it leaves a slight aftertaste of like licorice(?) that i find weird but very bearable. One thing I HATE about this product is the cap design. So the gray bottle has a regular cap you would find on something like Vitamin Water. and the shot cup for measuring just clicks on top of that. So it is veryyyyyyy annoying to have to uncap the shot cup, and then hold that somehow while your other fingers try to twist off the actual cap. I wish they would just use the shot cup as the cap directly. I cant believe I wrote paragraphs on paragraphs about mouthwash... (if you are the seller, can you consider sending me extra bottles as a thank you? please? thanks)

Great Breath Protection
Good Strength. After brushing & flossing, I add a few drops of Tea Tree oil to my mouth wash. I've had gum issues since I was a child. Not for lack of going to the dentist or brushing or flossing. I'm just one of those lucky people for whom more attention is needed. I use a Waterpik daily. It's more effective than flossing alone. I use 'TheraBreath Periodontist Formula' mouth rinse and add about 10 or more drops of Tea Tree to a full bottle. It's strong. Add what you can tolerate. I also add a few drops of Clove Oil. I add about a capful of the mix to my Waterpik and germs get blasted out of my mouth. For added protection, I then swish a capful of the mix for about a minute or two and my mouth has a good potent dose and is fresh and clean. Results? I now have near perfect visits to the dentist. Pockets are near normal. Gums are tight and pink. Breath is fresh. A lot of detail but well worth the results. I now use TheraBreath without added Tea Tree or Clove because my mouth is great. My daughters use it, my friends use it and I tell everyone having issues to use it. It's worth the effort. You'll notice a new freshness right away. If your gums need extra care, try using 'Natural Dentist Healthy Gums' mouth rinse. Add a little Tea Tree and Clove Oil as stated above. A significant change is noticeable in about a month. But your mouth begins feeling much better right away. I hope this helps someone. Had I known Any of this, I would have had this wonderful healthy mouth years ago. Seriously, my dentist is amazed.

I battled with bad breath/halitosis for a very long time
I am going to copy this same review for the mouthwash. But I wanted to give a thorough review of my experience with this product. I battled with bad breath/halitosis for a very long time. I wasn't the most diligent brusher wear i wouldn't brush twice a day. I try to but i would forget before i go to sleep. But basically my routine would be brush my teeth with "all natural" toothpaste and all natural mouthwash. But they did not cause my breath to smell fresh for a long time. So what I tried to do was use the scope tooth picks and place a dime of therabreath in my mouth so when i floss my teeth the toothpaste and the scope toothpick would go between my gums and make it smell nice. I followed with brush my teeth normally and along my gums, inside my teeth. I would use my tongue cleaner and thoroughly brush it until it was clear. I followed up with the TheraBreath plus mouthwash I would swish it around as instructed for one minute. Spit it out and fill another capful for my throat for 30 seconds and spit it out. I must say this actually worked for me. I've bought many toothpaste and mouthwash over the years and they didn't last as long as this product. As a test and my friends laugh at me for this but i place my finger in the back of my upper and bottom rows because they notoriously smelled before because of food and bacteria. There was no smell and i lick my hand with my tongue and smell it. There is no bad odor. So finally after years i found something that actually works for me. I know it's working great because I am able to speak to my colleagues face to face and i don't see them move there faces away when they talk to me directly. That's what made me want to really take care of my mouth because that is embarrassing. I don't work for the company and i rarely do reviews but I really love this product. And when I woke up the next morning and did the same thing my tongue, mouth and teeth did not smell. So i've really been using this product for a while. I think one of the things I improved on was gargle the mouthwash in my throat because it says your throat could be the source of bad breath aside from your tongue. I believe it and I don't need to use coconut oil or salt remedies anymore. This does the trick for me and I highly recommend using the product. As someone who as battled bad breath or people turning there heads i know that it works so give it a shot.

Works great but so sweet!
I'd reviewed the Mild Mint rinse previously, and was switching to Max. Strength because I wanted a stronger mint flavor. This definitely delivered, without compromising the fresh breath I'd experienced with the brand's other products. My only complaint is that, while they boosted the mint flavor, they also boosted the sweetness. There's Xylitol (a sweetener) listed on the ingredients, and you can definitely taste it. If this was anything more than a mouthwash I can quickly spit out, I would switch to a different product. It works great, but it's really sweet.

This stuff works
In my life I have tried many different mouthwashes - starting with Listerine, until I finally decided the burn and the gross taste didn't necessarily provide superior benefits. I used mouthwashes that were supposedly good for dry mouth for years. Then I noticed a coupon for TheraBreath Plus on Amazon. The coupon offered a decent discount and the ad made some bold claims so I bit. It is difficult to smell one's own breath unless there is a really serious problem but, after several years of continuous use, my mouth has never felt cleaner. I rinse in the morning and immediately before going to bed. I never get up with a gross aftertaste in my mouth before brushing and rinsing in the morning. I have caught myself not brushing and rinsing in the morning because my mouth felt refreshed. Whatever is in this stuff does the trick - as advertised. My mouth feels fresh all day. I'll offer one small admonition. The instructions indicate using a capful. A capful is wasteful. I use less than half that amount and obtain very good results. Just swish it around in your mouth a little longer. The stuff is too expensive to be using a capful at the time.

Definitely worth a try. Made a regular purchaser out of me.
Really enjoyed this product. I was suffering from light bleeding in the gums (gingivitis, to be exact) some time ago and would wake up with somewhat worse-than-usual bad breath in the mornings. Not to mention throughout the day, I would tend to get the taste and breath again as time passed by. I switched to this product over being a user of non-alcohol Listerine and after about 2 weeks of continuous use my gums had ceased bleeding and I was no longer waking up with that strong taste in my mouth nor the bad breath. The price on the bottle is obviously more than other products, but given the results, I have had no problems buying it again at my local grocery store. This mouth wash, coupled with flossing on a daily basis and brushing my teeth twice a day has really yielded some amazing results as far as breath and teeth health is concerned. Went for my semi-annual cleaning in December and my Dentist said that everything checked out and I had some healthy gums again. Now is it a miracle product? No, but adding this to my change in oral hygiene regime over one of the competitors has provided me with a cleaner, healthier feeling mouth than I had been before using it.

It worked with some added help!
I am writing this review as a serious halitosis sufferer. I have used every product on the market for bad breath. I even used ebooks that praise the use of salt water as an alternative for mouth wash and toothpaste. Which didn't work. I also used smartmouth, breath RX and therabreath original formula which also failed miserably to keep away my bad breath away. I've used Therabreath Advance mouthwash before and it didn't help. This time I decided to try a different approach. I invested in a oral b electric toothbrush (100.00@ Walmart) for cleaning my teeth. I also purchase floss (oralb glide prohealth)instead of flossers, which I felt wasn't cleaning in between my teeth as good. I also bought a jar of coconut oil (virgin) , table salt non-iodized and therabreath original toothpaste which you can purchase from any store (Walmart's cheapest). HALITOSIS SUFFERERS PLEASE READ, I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM THIS DISEASE SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 1.I GET A TABLESPOON OF COCONUT OIL AND SWISH IT AROUND MY MOUTH FOR 20 MINS. TO GET MAXIMUM BENEFIT. (PLEASE DO NOT SWALLOW, BACTERIA THAT YOU'RE TRYING TO GET RID OF WILL BE DIGESTED.) 2. AFTER 20 MINS SPIT THE OIL IN THE TRASH (DO NOT SPIT IN SINK DUE TO ISSUES OF CLOGGING). 3. RINSE YOUR MOUTH OUT WITH SALT Water. FOR a MIN.(TRY NOT TO SWALLOW SALT WATER) 4. SPIT OUT SALT WATER. 5. GARGLE WITH THERABREATH ADVANCED MOUTHWASH FOR A MIN. 6. GET THERABREATH ORIGINAL FORMULA TOOTHPASTE AND BRUSH YOUR TEETH FOR 2 MINS. 7.FLOSS TEETH 8.RINSE MOUTH WITH THERABREATH ADVANCED MOUTHWASH FOR A MIN.AND SPIT OUT. 9.GARGLE ANOTHER CAPFUL OF THERABREATH MOUTHWASH. SPIT OUT AFTER 30 SECS. AND THAT'S IT! THIS IS MY ROUTINE EVERY day 3 TIMES A DAY! LET ME REITERATE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE HALITOSIS OR A SEVERE BAD BREATH.THEN THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. BUT IF YOU HAVE SUFFERED LIKE I HAVE SUFFERED. FAILED RELATIONSHIPS, LOST JOBS, NO FRIENDS. AND NOT BEING ABLE TO BE AN OUTGOING FRIENDLY PERSON. I PROMISE THIS ROUTINE WILL WORK FOR YOU. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE IS GOING TO WORK.

Not safe!
It's a very refreshing mouth wash, leaves your mouth feeling very clean, I would love the mouth wash but found out to my dismay that it has sodium benzonate in it, this is a product that is not safe to use especially on a daily basis. If the sodium benzonate could be taken out it would be a wonderful mouthwash, too bad. I will have to keep looking for one that is a natural mouthwash without any additives. It's very hard to see the ingredients online I tried but until you get it at home then you find out everything that is in the product. I wish they could change that on Amazon so that we could read every ingredient included so that we wouldn't waste our money. I didn't want to bother to send it back so I'm stuck with it. Very disappointed because it looked like a wonderful product and actually is if it wasn't for the one additive

The only thing that works
Really works and this is a really good price compared to the dentist's price. I usually find it cheaper on iherb but they've been out of stock for months.

Strong peppermint flavor
First time using the Max Strength Peppermint flavor. Although the peppermint flavor is strong, it does somehow, irritate my gum after swishing it for a minute. As such, I will be switching back to the Clean Mint flavor.
