Does the straw get stained with charcoal over time?

Personally I clean my straw as you do get some dark discoloration. Also change your filter as you should. Travel often and refuse to use prepackaged bottled water. Trade off of cleaning my straw for clean water is one im willing to make.

Where can i buy extra nozzzles i just realized amazon doesnt seem to sell it?

Great question! At this time, Philips does not sell a replacement mouthpiece/nozzle.

For outdoor you prolly need tbe "adventure" filter, wouldnt you ? I noticed this one just says it filters chlorine ?

The everyday water filter is for basic tap water filtering. The adventure filter is for filtering water from a stream or river. Unless you are going to be hiking and needing to drink from a stream or river, the everyday filter will work.
