This was an OK product, it wasn’t a game changer or anything but helped my water consumption not to be “boring”. There are definitely better options for the same cost.

Tastes super good!
I loved this products taste! I don’t know if it worked for my workouts gains I took it post workout. I’m trying to build muscle and not lose muscle as I am struggling with brain tumors that have lead me to have to be less active.
