Kbgv versus kb, both have manual control for half carafe or full carafe. is the only difference is the auto stop feature when remove carafe?

Hello there, the KB does not have the half and full carafe switch that the KBGV has. The KB has a manual adjust brew basket so you can control how the coffee steeps in the brew basket if you wanted.

Can you brew 1 or 2 cups only at a time?

Yes you can just add less coffee and less water.

What is the scoop measurement that came with machine? Am I able to purchase another one?

You can get everything on the moccamaster USA website. You can also 10 years down the road send your machine in and it will likely only cost you $59 to repair whatever the issue is, and that includes the shipping. The scoop is on there. I saw it this morning. I never use mine. I weigh the coffee and for a full pot that 69 g. The scoop is also for ground coffee, not beans. Seven scoops should be 69 g, but seven scoops of beans is about 60 g.

Is there a bloom time?

there is not an automatic bloom function that i am aware of. you can simply pause the brew and restart it after a minute if you would like. much will depend on your coffee.
