If you do any kind of crafting, you need this tool. I reach for it constantly, and it has never let me down. I’ve had it for a long time and it truly lasts — the adhesive is strong, smooth, and easy to control whether I’m working on cards, scrapbooks, or small details for my business projects. The adhesive strips apply cleanly without bumps or tearing, and I love that you can customize them with foils or glitter for extra sparkle. It handles curves and straight lines equally well, which makes it super versatile. For the amount of product you get and how long it holds, this is easily one of my crafting must-haves. Highly recommend!

I have bought and used about ten of these refills for card making and scrapbooking and they work great. I like the tape dispenser but they do break easily so I am on my 4th one.

Good quality product, careful packaging, and quick delivery. This is a really easy-to-use and effective adhesive runner. My only complaint is that it is noisy.

I bought this because I'm on a homemade envelope making kick and it was absolutely perfect for sealing them! I love this machine for that reason! Easy to use!

EDITED 7/5/21. I will no longer use this adhesive as I've had nothing but issues since I started using this product (see my original review below that mentions the very first issue I had with it). I opened a new refill a few days ago and it self-destructed unexpectedly during only the second use. This has happened to 1 out of every 3 refills that I've purchased. At $10 each I expect much better quality. I'll no longer waste my time returning the product to the manufacturer at my expense so they can "make it right" by sending me a new one along with extras for my inconvenience (I've returned refills 2 or 3 times so far and they also require you to return the dispenser). I have a greeting card business and I can't be dealing with tape runners quitting in the middle of a project. This product needs to be redesigned. Obviously, based on reviews, other users have had the same problem. After the last one broke I immediately searched Amazon for double sided tape. I found a package with twice as much as this refill for the same price and that's what I'll be using going forward. I'm done with this inferior product. First review 12/28/18: I’ve been using this adhesive runner for a couple of years since my local recommended it as a time saver for my Etsy card shop. It’s a strong adhesive, quick and neat to apply. I had issues with one refill that started twisting and jamming. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to mail them the dispenser and the refill. To make up for my troubles they sent me a brand new dispenser and several refills. The refills are a little pricey and I go through a lot with my card business. I buy them in bulk when I find a good price.

I love this double sided tape. I use this tape when making cards and small boxes. It is sufficiently sticky, durable, and bonds securely. The dispenser design works well and fits nicely in your hand.

These are easy to load and easy to use. The adhesive holds my papercraft items well. My biggest complaint is they often fail in the middle, it is really frustrating to have to throw out so much adhesive.

Great gun for crafting, easy to use - I did use double sided on a roll but this is much easier. I made over 40 Christmas cards this year and really helped speed up process. It is more expensive than tape on rolls but it’s worth it, if you do a lot of crafting. Sticks really well too.

This double sided tape is brilliant for crafters. Very easy to use and economical. No more struggling to take the backing off normal double sided tape, especially with false or no finger nails lol. The hand held dispenser is refillable so no need to replace it.
