If you need this, you need this. It isn’t comfortable bc you are sitting on the back of your legs on this, not sitting on your bootie. Nothing is comfortable after this procedure but this is essential in your healing process. I tried to use just pillows, but that does not work. You really have to just buy this. The pillow was a nice edition since I am short and needed the added back support when sitting against something.

Awful not firm
Awful. I unfortunatlely ordered it a month before my surgery and i just had my surgery last week and it is not firm. I want my money back. Please dont waste your money on this
