Strawberry Banana Naked Shake

Everyday my lunch is a protein shake. I have been utilizing naked nutrition protein for about 6 months. I find that it is a much cleaner form of protein, as opposed to whey or soy derivative products. Naked utilizes yellow peas as the source of protein. I personally enjoy the banana strawberry flavored protein powder from this company. As it is a vegan product, it is carefully manufactured, there are no artificial sweeteners or additives of any kind. The banana and strawberry flavor is derived from fruit without additional sweeteners added. Other than the yellow peas, coconut and the fruit juices, the only other ingredient is MCT oil. I like the fact that the pea protein is sourced in the United States and Canada. I feel that I'm getting a better quality product with an additional sense of confidence, (as opposed to products which come from Asia, which I am reluctant to consume). My personal recipe is 8 oz of fat free milk, two scoops of the protein powder, a small scoop of beet powder, a small scoop of blueberry powder, a tablespoon of powdered multivitamins, one large organic banana, and a half cup of fresh organic diced yellow peach. I blend this mixture for 10 seconds in my protein shake blender and voila, lunch is served. I personally find the flavor of the shake quite pleasing and enjoyable. There is no grit nor aftertaste from the protein powder as one would find with many competing products. There is also in my experience no constipation as a result of this protein powder. The product is low in sugar with only five grams per serving and a low 8 grams of carbohydrate as well. One more thing I would like to add, I have given my recipe for my daily lunch shake but this is one of the few protein powders on the market where one can honestly substitute water for milk and it is in fact still quite palatable. I prefer adding the fat free milk to my shake but it is not necessary in order to create a pleasant tasting high quality protein shake. Incidentally, I do not work with or for this company and I receive nothing for this positive review, I am simply a pleased consumer.

Soooooo delicious

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this protein powder. It’s honest delicious and tastes great with the smoothie I make every morning. It can have a little bit of a chalky taste if you don’t blend It up good enough. I am curious to try the other flavors to see how they compare. I would def buy again!

THE shake you want if you want real ingredients, no stevia, no artificial sugars, and a large amount for good value. I drink it daily, and it is DELICIOUS. I’m excited to try new flavors, but strawberry banana is always safe for me!

I'm a huge fan of this brand. I've tried the Strawberry Banana flavor so I decided to try this one. Some takeaways: - Mixes well in water or vegan milk. - Very sweet with two scoops - Does not taste like blueberries whatsoever - Horrible after taste - Doesn't upset stomach

I can't begin to explain how gritty and disgusting this protein shake mix is. No matter how long you vigorously shake it, it will not dissolve. It will taste and feel like you're drinking concrete mix its that bad. When I dumped out the ice there was a huge glob of undissolved protein powder at the bottom. So I feel you're truly not getting you protein intake when it doesn't dissolve. Wouldn't recommend ever.

Needed some protein boost for endurance running training and came across these guys. Thought I'd try their Vanilla Whey Protein, enjoy that quite a bit and made shakes with that. Decided to go with this Strawberry Banana, great taste and now just add milk, shake it up, and it's a great tasting protein shake. I'm sold on these guys and NOT having to use either Stevia and/or Monkfruit powders. Also, I too found that initially the top was impossible to unscrew. What worked for me was to take a table knife and gently go around the lid and pry it out a bit. Not enough to crack the plastic, but just a small amount. After I did that, the lid came off very easily. YMMV, but this worked great for me. Net is I think this is a high quality product that mixes well with milk.

The strawberry and banana is yummy. It doesn't all disolve, unfortunatly so you have to keep mixing it until you're done. But it's good.

Was pretty skeptical on trying Protein powders because i was afraid it will taste bad or chalky. I did a lot of research and what not, and eventually decided on this one. I really enjoy the flavour . I use it with almond milk, or frozen fruit when i make smoothies. yummy!
