Poor finishing
I purchased a 4 pack. They all function well at this point. My gripe is that they bag was full of chips of orange paint on delivery. Some was even bare cast iron. Hopefully only the finishing department is the problem.

NOT Pony clamps as advertised
I ordered and received two 6" Pony clamps, so I went back to buy two 4" clamps from same page. The 6" were exactly like Pony clamps I have used for years (metal fabrication). The 4" were not Pony brand. Lighter, narrower, and a finer thread. Coarse thread is best for welding as it is easier to clean slag out of threads, and makes for a faster adjustment. I'm going to keep them as returns can be an inconvenience, but irritating as it seems like false advertising .

1 of 4 Clamps stripped the thread on 1st use.
One of the clamps stripped the thread on 1st use.
