It is exactly as described. It’s sturdy and pretty. I have become obsessed with my super expensive Filofax. I made my own leather one and I love how it turned out. I am so excited about all the binders I’m going to make!

The size is comparable to happy planner classic size. Good quality. I’m very satisfied with the product.

I wish I had realized it didn’t come with the metal insert to attach the brackets too before ruining the one that was already inside the binders binding.

So, I like these ring sets, and one of them worked great for my needs. However, the screws are easily stripped... which was an issue when I was making a binder for them to go into, and as such had screwed and unscrewed the rings a few times (to make sure that the chipboard I was binding it to still bound well as I added decorations). I screwed and unscrewed it probably 7 times before it suddenly stopped working. It turns out that the tip of the screw got stripped, so it wasn't catching the bolt part. Frustrating, yes... but I tried to find replacement screws. Nearly *everything* I can find is 4mm diameter screws... when this ring set apparently takes 3mm diameter screws. I'm still trying to find replacement chicago screws for this (especially in rose gold, but at this point I'll take any finish!). I'd give this set 5 stars, but the quality of the screws knocked it down a star, and the fact that the screw size they used is so difficult to find, that's another star docked. If anyone can direct me to where I can find 3mm diameter chicago screws (especially in rose gold), that would be super helpful!

I used this ring mechanism to replace the silver colored ones in a Moterm A5 planner. replacement was simple, needing only a thin coin or a flat head screwdriver to remove the old one and put in the new. Improved the look of the planner. Rings are very tight, no gaps and aligned perfectly. Customer was happy.

If you buy this product, it doesn’t come with the necessary screws to set up. Basically, not worth the purchase.
