What kind, size of screws do you use to affix them to your project?

at least a number 6 screw I would also use washers so they don't slip through the mounting holes

Picture is silver description says black which is it? I need black. Also I only need one are these available in a single pack?

The wheels are consistent with the picture and can be purchased directly. That description has been corrected as silver. Hope this can help you. Have a nice day!

Description (and pictures) says 800 lbs capacity for 4 pack of 2in wheels, but the product detail summary says 600 lbs for 4 pack of 2in wheels?

The weight capacity for the Moogiitools 2 inch caster wheels is indicated in the product description: "Steel structures body is extremely hard wearing and resistant to dirt, 600 lbs capacity for the pack of 4, Bearing Heavy Duty." The label on the package also indicates 600 lbs. capacity. These are excellent quality, heavy duty wheels but for 800 lbs. weight I suggest to go to 3 inch wheels.

Would these stand up when mounted on a tablesaw cabinet. Tablesaw is cast iron and likely weighs 250-300lbs. I'd prefer lower wheels?

Yes. I believe they would. I have them on a kitchen island and it easily weighs at least 250. Each wheel hold 100 lbs. I have five wheels on my island (one I. The Center Centers. It should hold 500 lbs.
