Can I use this on concrete?

No. You should you use concrete sealer. If you want to change color, you should research paint options.

Are there temperature limitations while applying Jetcoat to driveway? i.e. too cold.

There may be temperature limits but i would not apply this below 50 degrees. It will mix and apply much better in warmer weather.

The instructions say to apply while pavement is still damp. Does the asphalt need to be power washed?

I did pressure wash my driveway before I applied the sealer. I don’t think being damp will affect it. I was very happy with the finished product!
