Saw no difference in my skin. I used it for 2 months. Very disappointed especially as it cost so much.

I find that taking collagen supplements help the appearance of my skin as they seem to soften lines and wrinkles. This powder contains a host of other beneficial ingredients so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve only taken it for about a week, and I missed one day, but my skin is perhaps looking better than I’d expect given the poor sleep and insufficient water I have had. I can’t really tell what effect taking this supplement would have long term as I’ve not had it long enough. I don’t normally go for powdered supplements as I tend to “forget” or “not have time” to take things I don’t like the taste of. This one doesn’t taste bad at all, I would describe it as fruity, like mango maybe. It has the slightest savoury aftertaste, like the mildest whiff of onion at the end, but nothing awful. I have tried it stirred into water, which didn’t taste bad, but took a while to mix the powder with the water. I found I still had powdery bits in my drink. Then I tried shaking it to mix with water which was quicker. I’ve also tried it in a smoothy with strawberry, banana and milk - this was fine (though the green powder turned the drink brown), but I could still detect a powdery texture. I’m wondering if it would work with a smoothy containing oats as this might disguise the powdery texture a bit.

I have never heard of nor come across this beauty supplement before and I was staggered when I found out how much it was. At just under £65 for 210g, this is serious stuff, or at least in the serious money bracket. Equi London has created a powder format supplement that is supposed to be for clear, hydrating skin, softening fine lines and breakouts. As with all supplements, those claims are big but the results generally filter through afire prolonged use and so far I haven’t really noticed much difference. However, I do believe that prevention is better than cure and we should all practice good health with a healthy diet that is backed up by good supplements. So far, the only positive of this supplement is the taste, which is fresh and zingy. Fingers crossed that Equi London's claims are fulfilled and the results will justify the price.

I have never used this kind of supplement before and was a bit dubious. The powder is mixed with water and then stirred until smooth. This takes a couple of minutes. It looks dreadful, like pond algae, and I really didn't relish drinking it, but , it actually didn't taste that bad! Don't get me wrong- I won't be swapping my Vimto for it- but it is surprising palatable. There is a little aftertaste, but you soon get used to it. The vitamins and probiotics make it worth taking anyway, but it claims to be specially formulated to help skin- rehydration, brightening, controlling break outs helping lessen the appearance of fine lines. Big claims. But I have noticed a marked improvement in my skin. When I started it 2 weeks ago, my skin was in the middle of a very bad spell, angry and dry. It is now smooth and clear. Clearer than it has been for some time. Also, my nails seem stronger. The only downside for me is the price, but if you were counting down to a special occasion, it could be worth the investment to look your very best.

Wow, what a miracle beauty supplement powder this is by Equi! This really is the real deal and I couldn't be happier by the results I have experienced over the past few weeks! I have been taking this every morning and found it super easy to mix in with water. I personally used a shaker cup and mixed with 200ml of chilled water. If you don't have chilled water, adding a few ice cubes with do the trick and will seriously make the supplement a lot more refreshing and enjoyable to drink! Not only is the consistency super smooth, but it also tastes amazing! The flavour is tropical and I could very easily make out the pineapple and mango fruits so if this is more your thing, I am sure you will love it! It isn't too sweet and doesn't have any nasty artificial flavours which I am very fond of! I have felt a lot more energised throughout the day and noticed many bodily changes! My hair has begun growing healthier and no longer feels and looks lifeless, my nails are growing super fast and my skin has never looked so vibrant and glowy! It's nice that this supplement includes all the vitamins, minerals and superfoods that I could ever need, all in one scoop. This supplement is pretty pricey at over £2 per a day, but considering how comprehensive, high quality and efficient it is, I would say it's worth every penny! You can finally take the guessing game out of your health supplements and try something that actually works ;). Overall, 5 stars and well worth the money! When I first tried this, the dark green colour put me off a bit but I was pleasantly surprised that the taste was not awful. It tastes quite nice and fresh like green apples. There is some sweetness, but not too much. There is also some aftertaste but it is not unpleasant. One thing to mention is that is very hard to dissolve. You need to use a shaker or a small whisk. If it's not properly mixed the taste is not as good. Price-wise, it is very expensive but I think we should invest in our health as much as possible. Give it a try, your entire body will thank you.

It's so good you can't even taste it when I mix it with orange juice or blend it with bananas, strawberries, coco powder, almonds, milk, and water from a refrigerated bottle.
