Absolutely worked to draw fluid into stool for soft passage. Shake a good ten times. Started with 26 drops, less than one serving, at least 2-2 1/2 hours after dinner in 4 oz. water; stir and drink follow with 1-2 oz. more water to drink up any residue left in glass. The next half hour, sipped on 10 oz. water before going to bed. Now, a month later, I am down to only 5 drops. This product works great to encourage soft stools.

These seemed to be improving the quality of my sleep, partly by preventing my legs from deciding to jerk around at random the moment I started to go under. Until I (or perhaps a friend) misplaced the bottle. I shall have to buy another, and will do so gladly.

I take this in conjunction with Eidon's Potassium Mineral Supplement. I have used this combination for 4 months and I can sincerely state that this combo has lowered my blood pressure--both the systolic and diastolic--10 points. I use two dropper full 1x each day on an empty stomach with 2 ounces of loads of pulp orange juice. I would recommend mixing it with juice, because if you place it directly under your tongue straight from the bottle it is not a pleasant taste---it's a mineral--and therefore the taste stays with you for quite awhile.
