Will these fit 7 3/4” hat size?

Should fit. Look on either side, hats adjust on both sides at least an inch. Get alot of ware out of both caps and alot of complements on the brown one

Can you wash it and how?

The tag says you can. When I will need to do that they make a baseball cap form that you wash it in the dishwasher.

how do i know what size to by? i used a soft measuring tape and it said 22

There is only one size, adjustable 56 to 58 cm...22" equals 55.88 cm so you should be ok.

Dose this hat fitt size 8

I dont know. Im a size 7. Although the hat is adjustable with the tabs on the sides.
