Solid choice for patch bay work
These are good value cable. Yes, they are form-molded and not soldered connectors. But for patch bay work, they are an excellent choice. The multi colors is an excellent start and then the reduced weight from not using a metal cased connector really adds up when you are looking at dozens of patch cables, especially if you might plan to travel with the equipment like I do. The length for patching is just fine. Yes, you will probably need some longer cables to go with these for patch bay work, but that just makes sense. Use the shorter cables whenever you can to reduce the clutter and the longer ones as needed. Buying a bunch of these in a group is a good way to go, even if you like to build your own, this cable set financially makes sense. And did I mention the multi color pack is a real perk? : ) I bought a few sets of these and having multiples of each color is great for forming a signal path via a patch bay.

I change my 3 stars to 5 stars, because of one defective cable, the seller reach out and solved the issue with in a few days. Being in retail for years, customer service is a very important. The cables are thick and work well with my patch bay. Will be order more of different lengths.
