can these be mixed in a protein drink? thank you

In Dr. Shamsuddin's book he recommends that the IP6 + Inositol be taken on an empty stomach with water. If you mix it with food or protein, it becomes less effective. BTW, it tastes good - it has a sorta lemony flavor.

I see so many positive reviews but I am confused because isn't this an anti nutrient?. The data is very conflicting?

Not sure what you mean by "an anti nutrient."

Does it have D-chiro-inositol (DCI) or myo-inositol (MI)? And if so, how much? Thanks

It has IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate from calcium magnesium phytate) 800mg Inositol 220mg

Is ths product Phytic acid?

Yes IP6 is Phytic acid--one reason instructs take on empty stomach.
