Worked out great! Needed for hot spots on my dog. Velcro is very sturdy. I was able to clean it with wipes. I have a big dog and she has not been able to remove it. Also, it allows her to be more comfortable due to its matetial. Highly recommend! Got XL, 75lb dog

The cones were great. Very sturdy and stay on great. I needed a cone because my beagle kept chewing on the top of his back right paw. I ordered the small, medium, & large pack, but I should’ve got the XL for my beagle. I thought the large would work, but he figured out a way to get his paw in the cone and chew on it. I ordered some booties with Velcro to go around the ankle and they work for a few days, until he figured out how to chew those up. At least they came nine to a pack!

I don’t like this cone, but it wasn’t my first pick either and I needed one ASAP for my pup. It had the soonest arrival time, but the sizing is off. I got the XL because, first of all, I didn’t need three cones for one dog but I also read people complaining that the cones were too short and the XL was deeper. I get the benefit of getting three and being able to size up or down, but you’re also paying more to get those three instead of one. I measured my dog and he was in the lower range for the XL, but still well within it. Luckily he has a big head because this would have fallen off a million times if he didn’t and it ended up sitting down closer to his chest (a couple inches below his collar) because his neck (the part I measured and confirmed this should fit before ordering) was way too small for it. Aside from that, it’s also WAY too deep. I measured from his collar to the edge of his chin before ordering (I needed one that would cover his full head because his injury was on his chin) and confirmed this size should be the perfect depth. Surprise, it wasn’t. The poor boy was swamped in this thing and ran into every door frame and table leg. I was worried he wouldn’t be able to eat or drink with it on, but he figured it out. Additionally, this cone is made of generic, foggy plastic so they can’t see through it at all and have no peripheral vision (part of why he ran into anything and everything with it on). Every time he hit something there was a new blemish on the plastic so it was clearly not going to last much longer than the two weeks we needed it for (ideally I’d like to keep a cone on hand for the future, but I won’t be keeping this one). ALSO (and this is a BIG issue for me because it could be potentially dangerous), the design is awful because the cone overlaps itself if you need to have it on a tighter setting and leaves a flap of plastic that is not secured down inside the cone. When my dog was crated with this on (near the end of his two weeks) he was able to chew that flap and the plastic broke down into pieces super easily. Luckily he didn’t swallow any, but some of those pieces were pretty sharp so if he had we could have been making an emergency vet visit. We ended up cutting the two week period short by a couple days because of this. So overall, ya it did its job. He could wear it all day, it covered his chin so he couldn’t get to it, he healed up nicely, but I was itching to take it off of him as soon as possible because it was obnoxiously oversized, potentially dangerous, and falling apart. Their measurements are WAY off and their quality is subpar.

easy to put on and remove, does snag hair a bit if you’re not careful. says on well, but have to return since the XL isn’t big enough for my saint bernard. Seems like he needs an XXXXL. fits perfectly on my lab.

Finding the right protective cone can be tricky, but having three adjustable sizing options built into this design made getting a snug, comfortable fit so much easier. I bought this because I had originally purchased/wanted a more comfortable collar so I got one of the softer blow up type doughnut-looking collars, however within 3 days she was able to chew almost every body area as if she had nothing on. So I decided to go back to this cone type collar to prevent her from chewing and getting her sores infected. Well I just opened and was thinking since it came with 3 and states no worries about sizing etc that I would have no issues. Boy was I wrong ! The cone is flimsy, very difficult to see through making it difficult to get around on her own and to top it off it does not fit around her neck and so doesn't close or stay on. Was not "adjustable" or able to be "sized" as I thought from reading the descriptions and even a few reviews. Very disappointed in this product and honestly with Amazon as a whole. In the 15 years I have been purchasing from them this last year has really spiraled downwards fast. The quality of their products has decreased. Cheaper materials, comes in a million pieces you must assemble yourself (many times without any instructions), the photos you see and reviews you read many times are so inaccurate I have to check to confirm I ordered the correct item. The "same day shipping" options and even "next day" is 94 percent BS. When I need something fast I choose the shipping speed first, meaning the item I purchase is usually not the actual one I wanted but only "similar" due to the fact, the original did not promise "same/next day" shipping & if I had been aware I could have got both items in the same time frame I would have definitely ordered the original choice. Plus, the offer this shipping options and then in small print, inform you that this option is only available IF you spend $25 or more on that order. So then they have me, getting a product I am not totally happy with (not my 1st choice) and spending more money than I needed/wanted to. Yet, I rarely EVER get my item the same day and many times not even the next. Such a scam I feel to get one to buy the less quality products/ more costly, and pay more to raise the order total to qualify for shipping options, but then 96 percent do not follow thru with their end. I do not get any refund and end up usually with something of poor quality, (not as advertised) and I spend a lot of money with Amazon but have to say they better start stepping up in product quality, following thru with their ETAs &/or stop stating it if can't follow thru and make it right for the customer when they must experience this, over & over, more often than not. I want to feel good about a company I spend a ton of money with, purchase a large amount monthly and be able to trust their word and know if an item is not delivered when stated and or the quality (color, material, etc) is not as pictured, that they will go above and beyond to make it right and the customer happy. Yet to be honest they barely acknowledge my comments, and discount my feelings when let down and unable to rely on Amazon yet once again. Wake u on Amazon..

This collar is fantastic! It’s lightweight and doesn’t seem to bother my furbaby at all when on. This photo was taken directly after unwrapping the collar from the package where it was rolled up. After unraveling it, the cone became more circular and was true cone shaped.

It is more comfortable than the regular hard plastic cones and holds up great against scratches. I also like how adjustable and easy it is to put on. The biggest downside was how quickly it dented when my dog bumped into things. This is how it held up after a week of continuous use.

This is a great product, nice fit, nice soft so dog can still sleep well with it on, perfect for the job.

I called my vet and a cone for my dog would cost over $55. I paid just over $20 for this one and its met all my expectations. I have a shepherd mix and he's about 95lbs and I got the XL. It's a perfect fit. He's been banging it against the walls and the cone is still in tact (he destroyed the last one from the vet). It's great quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

A bit of the piping along the edge came off on the first day - disappointing but not a big deal as it didn't affect the use of the product. The velcro came off on the second day. It worked well while it lasted - my dog never managed to get it off and it did the job it was supposed to. I just thought it would have lasted more than 2 days.

Love the material it’s made out of. It’s a soft, bendable plastic, and the edges are outlined with a soft fabric. Also love the Velcro fastener which seems so much gentler on the dogs neck. My only issue is that the length/depth is still almost too short for dogs with very long snouts, and I did buy the biggest size and depth. I wish these were made with a slightly smaller circumference but a deeper cone for breeds like rough collies and shepherd breeds that are just naturally gifted with their beautiful, long noses. Overall, very happy with this purchase, as the quality is much better than the cone our dog was initially sent home with from the vets office. It’s not digging into his neck or causing unnecessary itching, rubbing or discomfort. Would recommend.
